Very rude, wrong attitude towards customers.

Food is always delicious and the service is prompt. The workers are friendly and welcoming.

Loved it. Small town feel to the place even if dine-in isn'taisn't option thanks to covid-19. The owner took time to have a conversation with me while the subs were finished up. He made our vacation his personal interest. That's something you don't see anymore. Appreciate this guy and will support his kitchen next time we are in Hershey. By the way, the subs were excellent!

First time we were here. Restaurant was very clean. Our fries were hot, and our steak subs were very good on fresh, soft ciabatta rolls. Staff is super friendly.

I Fiance and I stopped in for cheesesteaks they tasted good the sauce was very good but fell apart trying to pick it up also the pizza fries were very saugey not trying to be overly critical because it did taste good but I dont like eating it with a fork

Greatest pizza in the world! I would love for another Roma to open here in Florida! But still I drive all the way to Pa and never miss a chance on eating there!

Nice place with great pizza, a dining room where you can share a meal with friends.

Classic feel as soon as you walk in, the whole family is there bantering in Italian, love it! Pizza and sides are great, as close to Italy as you can get around here.

Failed big time i asked for 2 slices well done and they screwed it up burned it then got upset with me because it was burnt. Service 0 food 0 not a fan at all.

I have asked for a buffalo pizza and they gave me something i didn't like..it had no flavor and need more cheese not very happy

Been eating here for years. Whether alone or in a group, food is good, service is quick. Nothing special, but nothing bad, will return when in the area...

The small Italian sub was good, had a lot of meat on it, and was reasonably priced. The roll was good, but was a little sweet for me.

Good food. My only complaint is that it's server on paper plates.

Great pizza

What a cute placed to eat your pizza on the square in Palmyra.

I have been here twice. First time was for pizza. It was very good. Went back tonight for chicken parmesan. I was highly disappointed with it. It was nothing more than two fried chicken fingers on top of bland sauce and tasteless pasta. Nothing fresh. I would have expected much better quality from a popular place like this. I'll just stick with the pizza from now on. Waste of $13 dollars.

They are rude. I placed a order for pickup and was told 15 min. I live 1 mile away anyway half way there I get a call from them telling me my order is ready in a " we're waiting" tone and it was exactly 15 min. . they are not friendly when you go in to pay. 8/14/2019 9:28 pm

We ordered three Italian subs , they were very plain tasting . The subs tasted more like a ham and cheese sub rather than the Italian subs we ordered . The bread on the subways AWESOME! I. Could eat just the bread of the sub and be happy. Yum yummy

Ignorant people! Very rude horrible service, gave me attitude because I wanted to buy one mini boli. The other time I ordered delivery from these people and the driver flipped out because I only tipped him a dollar when I was ordering from 3 blocks away told me not to call them anymore! What kind of business tells their customers not to order from them anymore for not tipping enough greedy rude people pizza was soggy and cold. Go somewhere else Fabios is right across the street much nicer people better food!

I wish I could give this restaurant 0 stars. I only ever put up with this business because their food was half decent. They are always RUDE both in person and on the phone. This will be my last time ordering. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes before calling to check the status of my order. They said they were at my residence earlier and that I didn't answer. While waiting I was actually on my couch, which is right by the window and never saw or heard anyone at my door. They never called either. You had 1 job.

Do not reccomend going here. Paid $8 for a Caesar salad that was very poor quality. Brown lettuce, and very few pieces of chicken. Went back to get something different hoping they would just exchange it for something else and they told me that’s how they always make it, I can keep the salad if I wanted something else I could pay for it. Very poor customer service. I have worked in food service, and that is not how you treat a customer. Piece of advice for anyone looking for a pizza place, GO TO FABIO AND JOES RIGHT DOWN THE ROAD. Great portions, quality, and employees. Don’t waste your money and time on this place.

Best pizza in the area

Great food and location to pick up orders, even if your last minute show up they will get it done for you. Not to fond of the older gentlemen with glssses that works with them, has a staring problem and looks like he needs to get something off his chest however the daughter or younger women that worked there was excellent in her timing, service and everything else. Keep up the good work!

First time I was here....Awesome food and quick service. The stromboli I got was so good and the slice was huge. Had to take the rest home to finish. Lol Definitely stopping in again!

Food is delicious but customer service lacks. Had a great first experience with a younger guy. Seems the older employees are kinda rude. No one guides you through orders, answers the phone with "hello" so you don't know if you dialed the wrong number.

Most delicious pizza in town. Super fast service. They had my pizza ready in 10 minutes!

I ended up getting two slices of pizza I believe they microwaved it because it was rubbery and floppy hard to chew definitely not fresh
